At Painting to Gogh, we want you to love your creative experience; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused kits within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that digital tutorials and opened paint supplies are non-refundable due to the nature of the products.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your painting kit is in its original, unopened packaging and that your request is being made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused supplies in the original shipping box, include your packing slip, and affix the provided return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
